SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY COSTS

We offer the following shipping options

Free Local pickup – Victoria Australia

Australia Wide – flat rate

International – shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

DELIVERY ADDRESS & P.O. BOXES

Please note; that we cannot modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Your order may be subject to import taxes, duties, or VAT applied to your order when it reaches the destination country. “GGEE WEAR, ggeewear.com” is not responsible for these charges. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Please note that due to the current COVID-19 situation, delivery times may be delayed.

If you don’t receive your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@ggeewear.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.

LOST OR STOLEN GOODS

GGEE WEAR is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages once the items have been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@ggeewear.com. Please include your order number, details of the damage, and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address damages on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be needed to contact the shipping carrier and make a claim.
