RETURNS AND REFUNDS
GGEE WEAR handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
We offer a 14-Day Returns Policy
If you wish to return your order within 14 days of the product being delivered, please contact GGEE WEAR using our contact page https://ggeewear.com/contact/ to notify GGEE WEAR of your intention to return the product and the reason for it. In accordance with our 14-Day Returns Policy, GGEE WEAR will accept a return if your purchased goods:
- Are faulty
- Fail to meet other mandatory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
Please note that consumer guarantees do not apply where the buyer changes their mind, finds the product cheaper elsewhere, decides they no longer want/need the product, or if the consumer has misused the product, causing or contributing to the failure of the product.
Return Items must meet the following criteria
- All goods must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to be considered re-sellable.
- Returned items that are dirty or have horse hair on them will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the expense of the customer
Where a return is requested outside the guidelines above, GGEE WEAR has the right to refuse the return or offer a return where the consumer pays return postage. All refunds will be completed once the goods arrive, back in GGEE WEAR’s hands.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs; therefore, initial shipping costs will not be refunded (unless the return results from our error).
